1.2 Definitions

Application means the real estate data management application developed or operated by Real Alliance.

 

Personal Information means information collected by, or on behalf of Real Alliance, about a person and stored in any record.

 

Users means users of the Website and Software Platform.

 

1.3 Collection

(a) Real Alliance aims to collect Personal Information only by lawful and fair means. The law requires Real Alliance to collect Personal Information directly from Users when lawful and practical.

(i) When Users input Personal Information into the Website and/or Software Platform;
(ii) When Personal Information is provided through materials uploaded, stored, or transmitted via the Software Platform.

(b) Cookies may be used to improve user experience. Cookie data may be associated with a User’s Personal Information only for:

Real Alliance collects Personal Information to provide the best possible service. Users are not obligated to provide information, but failure to do so may limit access to Website and Software Platform functionality.

Real Alliance takes reasonable steps to safeguard Personal Information. Personal Information is typically disclosed only to service providers assisting Real Alliance in delivering services.

Real Alliance will protect Personal Information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Personal Information that is no longer required will be destroyed or de-identified, subject to data retention obligations.

1.11 Transfer out of Australia

Real Alliance may transfer data (including Personal Information) to service providers, including hosting providers, who may be located outside Australia. Users consent to this transfer.

2.Terms & Conditions

Marketing expenses are payable in advance of the advertising campaign commencing.

 

A 2% levy applies to payments made by credit card.

 

Discounted advertising rates may apply under certain conditions.

 

Discounted rates revert to full rates if those conditions are not met.

3.Real Alliance Refund Policy

3.1 Sales Associates

Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your affiliation and obtain a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.

 

Affiliation is month-to-month. You may allow it to expire at the end of a month or contact nandana@realalliance.com.au

 

to cancel.

 

If you cancel or let your affiliation expire, you must download all your data before the cancellation or expiry date.

3.2 Vendors

Real Alliance does not commence advertising or marketing until all funds are received and cleared into the Real Alliance Trust Account.

 

If any funds remain after all accounts are paid for marketing or advertising, the balance will be refunded either at the end of the campaign or at settlement.

Real Alliance provides property marketing and sales campaign organisation and implementation services.

6. Shipping / Delivery

Not applicable. Real Alliance provides services only in return for fees. No physical products are shipped.
