Cost & Funding

The Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding in your NDIS plan will be directed to Paramount Disability Homes as the SDA provider.

💰 Special Offer:
Your Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) will be waived for the first 6 months.
This means you keep the 12.5% of your Disability Support Pension normally paid as rent contribution during this period.
Eligibility

To apply for this home, you must:

• Have SDA funding in your NDIS plan, OR
• Be in the process of obtaining SDA funding, OR
• Be eligible under Appendix H

Private rental options may also be available for SIL providers supporting participants.
